About The Pillow Guru
A pillow shop and buying guide: we compare pillows on the facts and send you to a retailer that delivers to you.
What Is The Pillow Guru?
The Pillow Guru is a pillow shop and buying guide. We list ergonomic, cervical, adjustable, latex and cooling pillows from brands that deliver to the US, UK, Canada, Australia and beyond, and compare them on shape, materials, sleep position and sleep-trial terms.
We started with ergonomic pillows for neck pain, and we're expanding into mattresses and bedding next.
Our write-ups are research-based. We don't sleep-test the pillows we list, and we don't claim to. Where a pillow comes with a sleep trial, we say how long it is, because that's the best way to find out whether it suits you.
Shop pillowsHow Do We Research Pillows?
Every listing is built from the same four sources, so you can compare like for like.
Specs & materials
Shape, fill, loft, dimensions, cover fabric and certifications (CertiPUR-US, OEKO-TEX, GOLS) from the manufacturer.
Trial, returns & warranty
How long you have to try it, whether opened pillows can be returned, and how long the warranty runs.
Verified owner feedback
Patterns in verified buyer reviews — what owners consistently praise and complain about, not one-off opinions.
Where you can buy it
Which retailers deliver to your country, so the link you click actually works at checkout.
Our Editorial Standards
We never claim to have tested a product we haven't. Ratings on this site are research scores.
We publish downsides alongside highlights for every pillow.
Brands can't pay to be listed or to change what we say about their products.
We clearly disclose how the site earns money (see below).
We update listings when products, prices or programmes change, and remove deals that no longer work.
How Does The Pillow Guru Make Money?
The Pillow Guru earns money in two ways, both at no extra cost to you:
- Affiliate commissions. When you buy through some links on this site, the retailer pays us a commission. Links that earn a commission are marked as sponsored.
- Advertising. We display ads served by Google AdSense.
What this means for you: commissions and ads never decide which pillows we list or how we describe them. We list pillows from brands without affiliate programmes too, when they're worth knowing about.
